The purpose of the study centre is to promote the culture
of control, monitoring and diagnostics
of components, parts and systems, with the primary and
noble aim of preventing accidents, malfunctions, breakdowns and disasters;
to promote the verification and investigation of the causes
of these events when they occur,
with the primary aim of providing the tools
necessary to prevent errors from recurring in the future
